An intensive Machine Learning specialization strives for a fine balance between practical applications and mathematical rigor in teaching essential machine learning concepts. By taking a learn-by-building approach, you will learn to develop regression and classification algorithms and incorporate them into real-life solutions or data products/business applications.
The modules in all the workshops follow our project-based learning philosophy to this specialization. The course capstone requires that the student build a real-world application under stringent criteria modeled after real business scenarios.
The Machine Learning Specialization is an 8-week bundle curated to accelerate a student’s mastery in building data products, developing machine learning models, and understanding the core components that form most of industrial-grade AI today.
Students are not assumed to have a working knowledge of R or prior proficiency in statistics/mathematics/algebra. The workshop follows a gentle learning curve and emphasizes hands-on, one-to-one tutoring from our team of instructors and teaching assistants.
Throughout the course of the Academy, you will learn to build, evaluate and deploy your data science products, one project after another.
Students work through tons of real-life examples using sample datasets donated by our team of mentors and corporate partners. We believe in a learn-by-building approach, and we employ instructors who are uncompromisingly passionate about your growth and education.
Is this program open to person with non IT background?
Yes! This program is open for those who does not have technical background previously. You will be taught the basics such as programming fundamentals and practical statistics; enabling this program to be opened to whoever who does not have techical background.

What is the time commitment?
During our 2 months Machine Learning track, students must be able to commit to 4 days per week (Monday – Thursday) at 13:00-16:00 or 18:00-21:30 during the week and should expect to spend some time outside of the learning hours and over weekends to complete project work. As with any instruction, students will get as much out of the program as they put into it.
Is the program eligible for financing?
