How to ask for training sponsorship

STEP 1: Understand your options

Speak with your company’s HR. Does your company have an employee education budget? Ask whether your employer will pay for your tuition upfront or with tuition reimbursement, and find out about any other criteria you may need to meet.

STEP 2: Make your case

Speak with your employer. Show them how your new skills will make a positive impact on productivity and revenue. To help make your case, we’ve created an easy-to-read training value proposition document that you can use to answer your employer’s questions that will be sent to your email when you sign up below.

STEP 3: Get enrolled

Reach out to our Admissions team through our email at admissions@algorit.ma. They’ll work with you as you make your way through the application process. Spaces are limited, so the sooner you start, the better your chances of landing a spot.
