Primary Role:

Develop and deploy analytics model/solutions to generate insights, improve business processes, and support the data-driven business decision-making process and strategy development.

Main Responsibilities:

– Conduct exploration of Internal and/or external data sources, and turns into valuable insight for decision-making purpose
– Take ownership to apply full Analytics Cycle in developing and deploying ML/AI model and data visualization, to highlight current trends and forecast future trends or opportunities.
– Works on problems of diverse scope/complexity where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of a variety of factors.
– Conduct Social Impact Analysis to measure implementation of company vision and mission, and then explore the analysis to drive business and strategic decisions.

Expected Competencies:

– Solid understanding of Mathematics and Statistics fundamentals for data science
– Proficient in Big Data/Cloud Platform (i.e. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.), data science stacks (Python, SQL, R, SAS, SPSS, etc.), and data visualizations tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
– High business acumen with good communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
– Have experience in a real data science project in multiple topics/areas and hands-on with various data science methodologies.
