Available Positions

The Role

  • Ecosystem Outreach (25%)

    1. Building relationships and partnerships with corporates, startups, university and other strategic partners.
    2. Corporate Outreach, Relationship Management, and Sales (50%)
    3. Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels, such as cold-calling, email, and networking events.
    4. Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers within the target organization and understanding deeply the corporate’s needs and objectives.
    5. Presenting the benefits and features of the company’s products or services to potential customers, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
    6. Negotiating pricing and contract terms with customers, and closing deals. – Ensure that contracts are signed and billed.
    7. Sell corporate packages according to their needs.
    8. Organizing corporate interview sessions and preparation of students.
    9. Together with the Program Manager, coordinate the scheduling of corporate orientation meetings and consultative visits.
    10. Maintain relationships with corporate PICs Building local and regional databases of corporates who have interests in data science and building a team.
    11. Research on the current data utilization trend of the target corporation.

    Project Management (15%)

    1. Prioritize projects and issues to ensure critical items are identified and worked as a priority to meet deliverables
    2. Plan, organize and execute projects, and coordinate cross-functional resources when needed to get projects done.
    3. Tracking and reporting on sales performance metrics and using data to inform sales strategies.

    Internal Collaboration (10%)

    1. Collaborating with other teams within the company, such as marketing, project management, product, finance and operations, to ensure a smooth sales process and positive customer experience.
    2. Plan and execute Algoritma activities across Indonesia together with the Marketing and Operations team.
    3. Partner with Operations and Marketing departments to develop and create successful programs in partnership, mentorship, and events.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Management, or any related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven working experience in B2B Sales field & selling Corporate Training.
  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation.
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing demonstrated sales success
  • Familiarity with CRM tools would be a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, presentation skill, negotiation skill as well as a deep understanding of the company’s products and the industry in which it operates.
  • Initiative and attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in the discourse around technology, startups, data science.
  • High integrity, strong in multitasking, good problem solving (critical, strategic and evaluative thinking), time management, and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Proactive, flexible, and be willing to take on any project and deliver on time, large or small – including setting up for events and cleaning as needed.

The Role

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process; sourcing candidates on multiple platforms, drafting employment contracts, and on-board/off-board employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Administer and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Maintain Employee administration, including BPJS, insurance, attendance, and data administration.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, payroll administration, and benefits enrollment.
  • Manage performance appraisal, career planning & development.
  • Plan, implement and coordinate internal events, learning activities, and Employee engagement activities.
  • Preparing and distributing relevant HR letters/documents as per requirement.
  • Managing annual leave and medical/hospital reimbursement.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve productivity and streamline processes.
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize resource allocation and ensure operational goals are met.
  • Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships.
  • Negotiate with external vendors to secure advantageous terms.
  • Identify areas for operational improvement and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Minimum 3-4 years experience as an HR Generalist/Operations, experienced in a fast-paced start-up industry will be a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) from any field, preferably in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, or Industrial Engineering.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
  • Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on new projects and deliver on time.
  • High integrity, strong in multitasking, communications, good problem solving (critical, strategic, and evaluative thinking), time management, interpersonal skills, and ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical skills, including intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel

The Role

  • Understand, analyze, develop and deliver course material in the area of BI, including data warehousing, business intelligence, and data visualization that fit the requirements.
  • Create and maintain a positive and engaging learning environment.
  • Deliver Business Intelligence training at the Client’s venue or online-interactive via Zoom (depending on the projects)
  • Design and implement assessments and exams to evaluate student performance.
  • Evaluate student progress and provide feedback to help students achieve their learning objectives.
  • Engage in curriculum development, program outcomes assessment, and learning experience improvement.
  • Build and coach the Business Intelligence team development within Algoritma.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies in BI and incorporate that knowledge into course material.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and stakeholders to ensure curriculum alignment and quality.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to students during course work.
  • Help to design and implement a Business Intelligence solution for divisions within Algoritma.
  • Other duties as assigned and appropriate.
  • Get certification sponsored by Algoritma for various Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

We are looking for someone who:

  • Strong technical proficiency in BI tools and technologies (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Data Studio etc.).
  • Understanding of data analytics technology stack (e.g., Hadoop/Spark, data warehouses, data streaming, ETL and data governance, predictive analytics, data science framework, etc.)
  • Effective at engaging and influencing executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in data and analytics.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
  • Excellent oral and writing skills in English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

The Role

  • Complete the Data Science Trainee development program Algoritma Instructor and Course Producer designed.
  • Responsible for maintaining Algoritma’s Class Management System to meet the SLA for student assignment grading.
  • Responsible for answering online mentor support service for all Algoritma clients in answering technical data-science-related questions.
  • Assist the lead instructor in conducting a workshop as a teaching assistant.
  • Responsible for tracking attendance, ensuring logistics and venue preparation, and solving technical problems.
  • Contribute to developing Algoritma educational content in data science for a network of Alumni or Corporate Clients.
  • Contribute to Algoritma’s tools development for analyzing and improving the team’s pedagogical excellence.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Bachelor’s degree in areas related to but not limited to Mathematics, Computer Science, and Information Technology will be an advantage.
  • Displaying a solid interest in mastering full-stack data scientist state-of-the-art practice is a must.
  • Highly enthusiastic about data analytics.
  • Experience in data analysis, data mining, and machine learning projects will be a plus.
  • Exposed to statistical tools, computational programming, database management, or software engineering.
  • Experienced with SQL, R or Python.
