ERP Specialist

• Responsible for managing the company’s Enterprise Resources Planning system and related business applications.
• Deliver solutions in SAP S/4 HANA, as our current ERP system, to meet business requirements or add new values to our current business processes, Supporting process owners and key users to solve business cases as well as supporting day-to-day operations.
• Act as liaison for a cross-functional team of key users, ensuring that control points are established and properly implemented. Analyze and manage change requests and communicate with related stakeholders, internally or externally.

Job Specifications:

• Have a bachelor degree in information technology, engineering, business or science.
• Have at least 3 years experience as SAP functional consultant and familiar with business processes in FI, CO, SD, MM, PP and QM, with at least 2 full cycles of SAP implementation projects.
• Millennials or Gen-Z age groups with maximum 29 years old.
• Proficient in writing and speaking English.
• Certified at least in one of the following modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, QM.
• Intensive experience in exercising project management and business process improvement.
• Having project experience in Process Industries is an advantage.
• Have strong analytical thinking and root cause findings.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills.
