Edwin began his career in Singapore, working in IT. He held the position of IT System Analyst at Creative Technology, Singapore, before returning to Indonesia. Subsequently, he switched to People & Culture (HR) and joined Sampoerna in 2012 as an HR Info Analyst. Since then, he has advanced through various roles within People & Culture. In 2018, he played a key role in establishing the Philip Morris Sampoerna International Service Center, valued at IDR 99.16 billion.
