Job Description & Requirements
- Actively communicate with users in translating their report requirements.
- Collect, process, analyze, and validate data from various sources (in collaboration with Data Miner) before presenting them to users in the form of reports.
- Complete data requests according to the user’s requirements.
- Ensure data in the monitoring dashboard is up to date.
- Produce informative reports to users regularly (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly).
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major. (Information Technology, Statistics, or MIS preferred).
- Knowledgeable in logistics and statistics.
- Required skill(s): MySQL, Ms Excel, Metabase, Hadoop, Big Query.
- Able to create informative reports and dashboards.
- A team player, eager to learn, organized, and have strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English is a must.
