Job Description & Requirements

The role of the Associate is to support the partners with research related to the scope of the project or on industry specific focus. The Associate should be able to analyze and make sense of the data and is expected to produce deliverables under the guidance of the partners and demonstrate ability to challenge the deliverables he/she developed or assisted in developing. The Associate is expected to help the partners prepare quality presentations, proposals and training materials.

It is the responsibility of the Associate to help coordinate and arrange meetings. The Associate will attend the client pitches, take minutes of meeting and work on the necessary documentation after the meeting including ensuring follow-up on deliverables. Over time, the Associate will participate in client pitches jointly with the senior partners. It is the responsibility of the Associate to help coordinate trainings (face-to-face and virtual). The Associate will attend trainings and work on any necessary post-training follow-ups.

The Associate is expected to help follow-up on leads provided by senior partners which may include face-to-face meeting independent of the partners.

The Associate will be responsible for creating and updating marketing tools and materials. This includes but is not limited to web site, LinkedIn page, Facebook page.

The Associate will be responsible for the organization and archiving of all documents and materials.

The Associate is expected to participate in internal initiatives that will contribute to the goals of the firm.

The Associate with exceptional performance can strive to become an associate partner within 5-7 years. The Associate can be expected to extend his support into other Aktiv group of companies and their offshore subsidiaries, expanding his knowledge of other business verticals and footprint.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business management, finance, computer science, marketing, engineering or a related degree.
  • 3 to 5 years of working experience with consulting firm, financial institutions or financial technology providers.
  • Strong analytical skills with at least 3 years of data mining.
  • Strong written skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia, able to translate from English to Bahasa and vice versa.
  • Good presentation skill.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate creative thinking and problem-solving skill.
  • Good command of Word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, Adobe etc.; able to produce professional looking presentation and social media content.
  • Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently and know when to reach out to colleagues/partners for assistance/guidance.
  • Result-oriented, able to produce quality output in a timely manner.
  • Strong organization skill and good time management.
