Data Analyst Lead

• Analyze the requirement to improve the Data Discovery Platform usage.
• Implement scalable architecture and work on a committed team contributing to robust projects.
• Lead a team of data engineers to design, develop, and ship product features and improvements.
• Work and collaborate across teams and Business Unit to aligned with business requirements also user needs.
• Continually gather and analyze data and business intelligence from internal and external source, including customer, market, sales, and other relevant data.
• Actively work with the Data Teams and enable them to be able to discover data asset in ruparupa.
• People management responsibilities in terms of mentoring, teaching hard and soft skills, and managing their career path.
• Synthesize data, develop conclusive and actionable insights in a report, and deliver product improvement suggestions based on your insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree from a reputable university: Computer Science, Information Technology, Industrial Engineering, Information System, or any related majors.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in data.
• Skills: Excel, Python, Java or Golang working experience is a must. SQL proficiency is a plus.
• Own systems knowledge and background in GCP such as Big Query, Big Table, Data Flow.
• Experience in working with data engineering or data platform. Experience in Big Data is plus.
• Strong sense of ownership and self-starter who is target-driven and motivated.
• Experience in leading a team of engineers; you have the ability and interest to teach others best practices and mentor less experienced engineers.
• Experience building clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
• Strong knowledge of business, users, and technology.
• Excellent Communication and People Management skills.
• Passion for insights, Optimistic and skeptical at the same time, and attention to detail.
